1. 🛍️ Products & Services

All items sold by Brush & Binder are hand-painted and made to order. Each binder is individually created, meaning no two items will be the same.

 

2. 🎨 Custom Orders

​

Customers may request personalised designs, including specific characters, colours, and names.

By placing a custom order, you agree that:

​

  • The design is created based on your request and artistic interpretation

  • Minor variations may occur compared to any reference images or wording

  • Once work has started, changes cannot be guaranteed

 

3. 💳 Pricing & Payment

​

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and must be paid in full before work begins.

Brush & Binder reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.


 

4. 🚫 Returns & Refunds

​

Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there are any issues with your order, please get in touch, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

It is helpful to take photos of any damage to the packaging and/or binder.

5. 📦 Shipping

​

Production time is typically up to 7-10 working days per binder. Longer for more complex designs. You will be notified at time of order if your design may take longer than the usual production time.

Please check our website or social media for any current changes to workload and schedules.

Shipping times may vary depending on location.

Brush & Binder is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.


 

6. 🎨 Handmade Disclaimer

​

All products are hand-painted using acrylic paint and pens. Small imperfections, texture variations, or slight colour differences are part of the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness of each item.


 

7. ⚠️ Intellectual Property

​

Brush & Binder creates fan art-inspired designs. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo or The Pokémon Company.

All artwork is created by hand and is for personal use only.

Items must not be resold as official merchandise.
